Baltic Hideaway Beach Hotel Heringsdorf
The Baltic Hideaway Beach Hotel is a historic hotel complex located directly on the beach promenade of Heringsdorf. The complex consists of three listed buildings: the Alte Villa, the Villa zum Strand, and a Remise. These are complemented by the main building of the complex, the new villa, and an underground parking garage. The complex is accessed through a charming courtyard. On the seaside, the hotel features a restaurant with a large outdoor terrace. In total, the complex offers around 50 suites ranging from 45 to 120 square meters. Many of the units have direct sea views. The redesign of the pool and wellness area, the hotel entrance and lobby, as well as the courtyard, are particularly emphasized. The entire complex will undergo extensive renovation and be upgraded to a modern 5-star standard. The monument-conserving renovation of the complex is planned to begin in 2025.
Villa Luise
Villa Luise is a classic, listed villa from 1890 located in the center of Heringsdorf. The villa has been completely gutted and restored by the end of February 2021. The apartments have been designed in accordance with classic layouts, emphasizing the historical elements. In total, there are 7 apartments and a penthouse. Each apartment has its own individual entrance door. The apartments are equipped with high-quality features such as real wood parquet flooring, fully equipped kitchens, and individual saunas or steam baths.

Villa Ikarus
The Villa Ikarus is part of the classic villa development on Delbrückstraße. The beach promenade is only 300m away. With its exceptional facade, it is an outstanding example of turn-of-the-century architecture in Heringsdorf. This listed collection of architecturally unique villas forms the basis for the Kaiserbäder’s application for UNESCO World Heritage status. Particularly impressive is the grand staircase with its artistic windows, the stately balconies, and the unusual ceiling height. In 2023, the villa will be gutted and undergo a monument-conserving renovation. This will result in the creation of 8 holiday apartments ranging from 75 to 150 square meters. All apartments will meet the highest standards and feature individual wellness facilities. Completion is expected in mid-2024. The monument depreciation for Villa Ikarus will amount to approximately 50%.
Townhouses Delbrück23
Delbrück23 is part of the classic villa development on Delbrückstraße. It is centrally located near the Steigenberger Hotel, with the beach promenade just 300m away. Two exclusive townhouses are being developed from a historic house dating back to 1900. Each townhouse will offer 160 square meters of living space spread over three levels. Behind the entrance door on Delbrückstraße, there will be a spacious living and dining area with a central fireplace and a rear balcony. The garden level, with floor-to-ceiling windows, opens up to a large terrace and a charming garden. This level also features a sauna, a steam bath, and a cozy living area facing the garden. On the upper floor, there will be two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The townhouses will be equipped with high-quality furnishings in a modern Parisian style.

Ahlbeck
Ahlbeck, together with Heringsdorf and Bansin, is one of the imperial baths on Usedom. Ahlbeck is the easternmost district and borders directly on the Polish town of Swinoujscie. Ahlbeck is characterized by its extraordinary architecture from the imperial era, with its exceptional villa development. Usedom is one of the sunniest regions in Germany.

Villa Tannenburg
The Villa Tannenburg was built in 1908 on the beach promenade of the imperial bath Ahlbeck. The villa is located in an exceptionally beautiful location in the eastern part of Ahlbeck, away from the heavily frequented tourist area. What makes it particularly special is the synthesis of sea views, pine forest, and extraordinary Tudor-style architecture – the latter giving the villa the character of a castle. Since 1990, the villa has been operated as a hotel, most recently under the names Waldeck and Kastell. Starting from 2023, it is planned to transform the villa into 10 high-quality holiday apartments. The apartments are particularly attractive due to their terraces, balconies, and rooftop terraces with direct views of the sea. All units are equipped with high-quality materials and internal wellness facilities. As part of the renovation, an expansion of the villa with the addition of two penthouse apartments is planned. The completion of Villa Tannenburg is scheduled for mid-2024.
Bansin
Bansin, along with Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck, is one of the imperial baths on Usedom. Bansin is characterized by its extraordinary architecture from the imperial era, with its exceptional villa development. Villa Seeblick
The Villa Seeblick, built in 1905, is a listed beach villa in a prime location near the Bansin pier in the imperial bath of Bansin. In recent years, the villa has been operated as a hotel. In 2023, the villa will be completely gutted and restored in its historical sense. A total of 6 apartments with approximately 100 square meters of living space each will be created. Due to its slight slope, all apartments offer a spectacular panoramic sea view. The special depreciation for listed buildings amounts to around 50% of the purchase price. Parking spaces are available in close proximity on Bergstraße.
Villa Meeresblick
The Villa Meeresblick in Bansin is located in the second row to the beach on Bergstraße. Bergstraße is considered the most well-preserved ensemble of historic resort architecture in the Kaiserbäder. Due to its elevated position, the Villa Meeresblick offers a good view of the sea. This listed villa features a beautiful facade and has been preserved in its original form. The charming balcony railings are characteristic of the building.
