Villa Esperance – Binz
Villa Esperance is a classic boarding house from 1906 located in the center of Binz. During World War I, the villa was renamed Villa Merkur due to its French name. In the course of its eventful history, the villa was sold by the Krüger family to the Nitt family from Königsberg in 1941. During World War II, the villa served as accommodation for war refugees. In 1953, as part of the Rose Action, the house was expropriated and managed by the municipal housing administration. After a complete renovation in 1998, the villa was reopened as Hotel Merkur by the Böhme family. Currently, a monument-appropriate redesign is taking place, preserving the character of the original boarding house. In total, 10 high-quality holiday apartments with individual wellness facilities, as well as a gastronomic commercial unit, will be created.
Villa Seeblick – Bansin
The Villa Seeblick from 1905 is a listed beach villa in a prime location not far from the pier in the Kaiserbad Bansin. In recent years, the villa has been run as a hotel. In 2023, the villa will be completely gutted and renovated in keeping with its historical character. A total of 6 flats will be created, each with around 100 square metres of living space. Due to the slight slope, all flats have a spectacular panoramic sea view. The special depreciation for listed buildings amounts to around 50% of the purchase price. Parking spaces are available in the immediate vicinity on Bergstrasse.
Villa Meeresblick – Bansin
The Villa Meeresblick is one of the most beautiful listed villas in the Kaiserbäder. Perfectly situated in the 2nd row between the town centre and the pier. The thatched roof house has a rooftop terrace with an unobstructed view to the north, overlooking the highlands of Dornbusch. The adjacent horse meadows create a close-to-nature atmosphere. The West Beach is approximately 800m away. Due to its elevated position, two garden terraces also offer a panoramic view towards the west. The house will undergo high-quality renovation in 2022 and has a usable area of approximately 250 square meters. Completion is scheduled for April 2023. A wellness area with a sauna, steam bath, and rain shower is integrated into an annex building connected to the terrace. The house has a full basement and is operated and air-conditioned by a modern air heat pump.
