The Wilhelmstrasse, leading to the pier, is the grand street of Sellin. Here, you will find a variety of shops and restaurants. Villa Milou is located in a quiet area of Wilhelmstrasse. It is approximately 400m to the pier and the beach. The architect Thomas Herrmann also designed the Sellin pier in the 1990s, which is now considered a landmark of Rügen.

Villa Milou is designed in the typical style of resort architecture for Wilhelmstrasse. Special emphasis has been placed on the wooden mullioned windows, balcony railings, and roof design. However, it is a modern villa with KFW Efficiency House Standard 55. Heating and air conditioning are provided by an air heat pump.
