Located centrally on Granitzer Straße, the Wilhelmstrasse and the pier are only a few minutes’ walk away. The Villa Baltique offers 10 high-quality holiday apartments. The apartments range in size from 54 to 86 square meters, while the penthouse has a living area of 126 square meters. Parking spaces are available for all apartments. The Villa Baltique meets the modern KFW Efficiency House 55 standard and is equipped with an air heat pump and an additional gas boiler.

Special emphasis has been placed on the high-quality interior design of the holiday apartments. The interior design was created by the well-known company Head of Color, led by Ann-Kathrin Trost, based in Hamburg and Berlin. The aim was to combine contemporary living with a high level of coziness.

A special highlight is the penthouse apartment on the 3rd floor. It has access via an elevator to the 2nd floor for guests or directly to the apartment on the 3rd floor. The penthouse, with exceptional ceiling height, offers 126 square meters of living space with 2 bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms. The master bathroom features a sauna and a steam bath by Effegibi. The spacious living area includes a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen with Miele appliances. From the large southwest-facing balcony, there is a panoramic view towards the Sellin Lake.
One of the most popular seaside resorts on Rügen
Sellin, together with the nearby Binz just a few kilometers away, is the most popular seaside resort on the island of Rügen. Particularly worth seeing is the Wilhelmstrasse as a magnificent boulevard, which was laid out by Prince Wilhelm Malte zu Putbus in 1895 and is still lined with white guest villas in resort architecture. At the end of Wilhelmstrasse, the view from the cliff edge opens up to the historic pier. The Sellin pier is a landmark of the island of Rügen – and at the same time a great symbol of the future after the political turnaround.
