We buy hotels on the North Sea and Baltic Sea coasts
We are looking for hotels in renowned seaside resorts on the North Sea and Baltic Sea coasts. Our focus is on independently run hotels with between 25 and 125 rooms. We are particularly interested in properties in excellent locations, preferably right by the beach.
The need for modernisation, repositioning or refurbishment is no obstacle for us. On the contrary: with our own team of architects and builders, we carefully develop existing properties. As a rule, we also retain the existing management team and support the hotel’s operations through centralised services. In addition to hotels, we also acquire high-quality holiday properties in selected cases.
Preferred locations
We are particularly interested in hotels and holiday properties in our existing locations and the surrounding areas – from west to east:
- Travemünde
- Warnemünde
- Darß/Zingst
- Rügen, insbesondere Binz und Sellin
- Hiddensee
- Usedom, insbesondere die Kaiserbäder Bansin, Heringsdorf und Ahlbeck
