Hotel Heiderose

The Hotel Heiderose is being completely renovated and redesigned. The complex in the national park on Hiddensee has grown historically and includes the main building from 1900, a dining hall from 1920, a single-story area from the GDR era, and an extension from shortly after reunification. As an institution in the dune heath between Vitte and Neuendorf, the house is known as a fixed point of contact over generations. The renovation is carried out within the existing structure and aesthetically combines the individual construction phases. As part of the redesign, the roofs are also renewed and given a local reed look. In parallel, the house undergoes an energy overhaul according to modern KFW standards.

Villa Esperance

The Villa Esperance is a classic boarding house from 1906 located in the center of Binz. During World War I, the villa was renamed Villa Merkur due to its French name. In the course of its eventful history, the villa was sold to the Nitt family from Königsberg in 1941 by the Krüger family.

Villa Meeresblick

The Villa Meeresblick in Bansin is located in the second row to the beach on Bergstraße. Bergstraße is considered the most well-preserved ensemble of historic resort architecture in the Kaiserbäder. Due to its elevated position, the Villa Meeresblick offers a good view of the sea. This listed villa features a beautiful facade and has been preserved in its original form. The charming balcony railings are characteristic of the building. By the end of Q2 2025, as part of a monument conservation renovation, 6 spacious holiday apartments with approximately 100 square meters of living space each will be created here, along with 3 charming maisonette apartments in the garden area. The special depreciation for listed buildings amounts to approximately 50% of the purchase price.
